A fine George III period figured mahogany & ebony line inlaid 3-tier Revolving Bookcase raised on drum-table base with frieze drawers, supported on ring-turned column tripod base ending on original brass castors. (The bookcase has replacement finial)

A fine quality late 18th Century figured mahogany Breakfront Bookcase having moulded cornice with tulipwood crossbanding above satinwood crossbanded & ebony line inlaid glazed doors. The bookcase (now silk lined) fitted with brushing slides to the frieze, having satinwood & tulipwood flame-figured oval panelled doors raised on plinth base.

An important Mid 18th Century padouk/pallisander Breakfront Bookcase in the manner of Mayhew & Ince, having moulded & arched double top with vitruvian scroll, ribbon & swag satinwood inlaid cornice, centred with oval panel & similar ribbon & husk carving, above glazed doors enclosing later silk lining & glass shelves. The base, kingwood crossbanded throughout, fitted with secretaire drawer with boldly carved urn & swag decoration above panelled cupboard doors with concave corners & carved roundels, flanked by concave cockbeaded drawers supported on moulded plinth base.

A fine quality 19th Century mahogany 4-tier revolving Bookcase with open shelves fitted with dummy bookspines, supported on reeded 4-splay legs ending on brass castors.

An early 19th Century Regency period well-figured & faded mahogany Secretaire Bookcase with unusual boxwood strung arrow detail throughout, having “Egyptian” design cornice above gothic arched astragal glazed doors. The bookcase with well fitted satinwood secretaire drawer & panelled doors below, supported on acanthus carved sabre legs.

A fine early 19th Century Regency period rosewood Secretaire Bookcase of attractive small proportions, brass inlaid throughout having moulded cornice above glazed doors & satinwood secretaire drawer below. The Bookcase having panelled cupboard doors flanked by scrolled column supports ending on short, shaped sabre legs.

An attractive mid 19th Century George 11 style mahogany Display Bookcase with gilt gesso mouldings throughout having dentil moulded cornice above shaped glazed doors and panelled cupboard doors below, enclosing drawers with original swan-neck handles. The Bookcase, (with restorations) now with silk lining and glass shelves, raised on plinth base.

A fine early 18th Century very well figured walnut Bureau Bookcase, herring-bone inlaid throughout, having “bonnet” shaped moulded cornice, above crossbanded sides & doors enclosing well-fitted interior. The bureau compartment below also having well-fitted curved interior with drawers, pigeon holes & centre door flanked by reeded columns above 4 graduated drawers, the whole supported on shaped bracket feet.
